Please Note: Articles that are marked "RETAINED" will be kept at the end of the Fair,
and will become the property of the Sponsor of that class.

Some classes may be split if over 15 entries.

                   All exhibits in sealed jars - NO WAX
1. Home canned foods to be judged must have been prepared
    within a one-year period prior to judging date.
2. All entries must be heat processed. The two approved methods are:
    boiling water canning for high acid foods and pressure canning for low-acid foods.
3. Jar size must be as stipulated.

              JELLIES - 250ML or 500 ML
1. Apple Jelly.
2. Grape Jelly.
3. Red Pepper Jelly.
4. Mint Jelly.
5. 2 Fruit - named.
6. Wine Jelly
7. Any other Variety Jelly, not previously listed, named.

              JAMS & MARMALADE - 250ML or 500 ML
  8. Raspberry Jam.
  9. Blueberry Jam.
10. Plum Jam.
11. Peach Jam.
12. Strawberry/Rhubarb Jam.
13. Strawberry Jam.
14. Apricot Jam.
15. Orange Marmalade.
16. Any other variety of Marmalade or Conserve, fruit not previously used, named

Special by Certo - to qualify the Best Jelly/Jam from classes 1-20, Certo Label only (not Certo Box)
and recipe copy should accompany the entries, but only the winning entry will have recipe displayed
and presented to Certo Company. (others will be discarded) 1st, 2nd, 3rd Certo gift prizes.
