SPELLING BEE - ROCKTON FAIR Saturday, October 10th, 2009 9:00 a.m. in the DA Campbell Entertainment Centre Convener - Anne Jones-Abel - 905-627-4591 1.   The Spelling Bee is open to students in Grades 4 and 5. 2.  A school team consists of five students. The team must contain some      Grade 4 students and some Grade 5 students. 3.   The grade is the one in which the student is registered as of September 2008. 4.   Each school may enter one team. 5.   Pre-registration of the teams is required by September 30. 6.   Details will be mailed to area schools in April 2008.      The winning team will receive a trophy donated by Gladys and Cecil Hamilton and cash prizes. Team members will receive participation ribbons and midway tickets donated by Campbell Amusements. This contest is, again this year, supported by the Strabane Optimists.
